JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Join in the planning and implementation process of Bizzi Talent Acquisition Programs with potential candidates.
Propose and execute new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Research talent acquisition and recruitment trends.
Source and attract candidates by using various channels such as social media, job platform, LinkedIn, etc
Deploy recruitment and selection processes (CV screening, phone interviews, etc.)
Take charge of communication with applicants and manage the whole interview process.
Build and maintain good terms with potential candidates to nurture the talent pool.
Focus on recruiting 70% in Technical roles and 30% in Non-tech roles, level from Middle to Management

REQUIREMENTS

Degree of Bachelor in Foreign Languages, Business and Economics, Law, Social Sciences and Humanities. HRM major is preferred.
4+ years of recruiting experience in a small/medium-sized organization, preferably in an IT environment. Mass Recruitment experience is a plus.
Excellent at English communication
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and knowledge of database

Working hour: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (lunch break 1,5 hrs)
