Business Development Director – Code: BDD-HH

*Salary: from $2.000 (base salary) + variable bonus on performance
* Experience: from 10 years in the same position, prefer relevant experience in service industry especially in health care and treatment services.
* Working location: GPO client company – a big international hospital in Dong Da/Hai Ba Trung districts, Hanoi.

* Job description

Develop and execute marketing strategy
Identify market needs on health care & treatment service to create new package of services
Manage the operations of Marketing Department
Promote and enhance the new image
Launch new services, products to clients and ensure the sales target of the hospital.
Develop and implement a suitable Public Communication Strategy for entire hospital as well as for specific areas.
Look for information of special demand or comments from clients or internal sources to develop hospital services
Seek business opportunity and make sure appropriate opportunities are captured
Maintain good contact with clients through quality tracking and customers’ feedback
Direct supervision on membership program and organization activities
Handle hospital tour when required.

* Job requirements

Three to five years experience in Business Development Management with strong record
Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong communication skills (English & Vietnamese. French is highly recommended and rewarded)
Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing
Ability to develop and promote membership program
Ability to work independently and be a good team player
Experience in cross-cultural environment.
Experience in medical field is a plus
Ability to develop business strategy, PR strategy
International experience/training in related field is preferable
